So I can remember back in the day snapping green beans with my grandma Addison. Now here I sit with my small children around my feet helping me. I love those memories and hope that our kids look back on these days with smiles as well.
I also look back fondly on the days when my grandpa would pull a pick up truck into the drive and my brothers and I would join him and my dad shucking corn, while my mom and grandma worked in the kitchen. Now it's Gabriel and Brooklyn's turn. They seem to enjoy it! Especially the eating part :)
This is who I had to defend myself from while canning green beans. Hard to be afraid of something so cute!
